OUR STORY:

Cozy For Baby was founded by two moms.
When our children were born, we started obsessively looking for products made of natural and/or organic materials. We couldn't believe what a limited choice our neighborhood stores offered. Almost every label said: "Polyester", "Acrylic", "Men-Made Materials"......... Every trip to the store turned out to be a "hunt for a good stuff". And every time we did that, we thought: "It's got to be the better way to find natural and/or organic products for children!!!"
So, we decided to open an Internet store for people who prefer natural and cozy, not synthetic things. That is how Cozy For Baby was born.
We truly believe in products we sell, and hope you will enjoy our selection and come back to our store again.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every attempt to ship your order within 1-2 business days, and our Domestic Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 days, so you should receive your order in about 5-6 days. You should allow extra time during the Holidays and other peak times for the Post Office.

Can I return or exchange an item?
If you don't like your merchandise for any reason, whether wrong fit, color, or it justed wasn't what you wanted, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund within 30 days with no questions asked. Just email us so we can give you a reference number. Items must be new, unworn with tags still attached. Original invoice must accompany returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged merchandise.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?
We can try to cancel or modify your order after you submit it if you contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 24 hours so please contact us immediately.

What payment options do you accept?

What is Drop-Ship Service?
We stocks most of the items in our warehouse so that they are available for shipment within one business day. However, we do participate with some of our manufacturers in a drop-ship program that are shipped directly from a manufacturer.

What is the difference between natural and organic cotton?
Natural cotton is grown conventionally but is not processed with harsh chemicals (such as chlorine bleach and various dyes). Organic cotton is not only unbleached and undyed, but is also grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. It provides a completely natural and chemical-free filling material.

How is bamboo fiber made?
The process to make bamboo fiber and yarn is similar to the process used to make rayon. Stalks of bamboo are essentially crushed and pulped to separate the natural fibers. The fibers are then mixed with the lowest impacted chemicals to convert the plant fiber into textile quality fiber.
